The story was always the same, it started well, I lost some weight and I was happy with my progress, but after a while, I stopped losing weight, I got stressed and I started to feel anxious, I left the method I was using on the side, and then, I got back all the weight that I had lost (and sometimes more.)

Something wasn’t right, I was really trying to lose weight, but the results didn’t appear, how was that possible?

And then, the answer appeared in front of me.

You see, I was tired of failing, so I hired a personal trainer to help me get the results I wanted, and she was very clear with me from the first day.

Changing my lifestyle was what allowed me to lose all the weight I wanted and never recover it again, and believe me, this is the only way you can do it too, without affecting your health, and feeling great every day, physically and mentally… but now the question is, how can you start now?

You must first mentalize that this is a long-term game, you won’t get the body you want in only one month (of course, this also depends on how much weight you want to lose.)
