Believe me, I know it’s hard, I also go through the same experience! One of the most difficult things when we are trying to lose weight is to change the way we eat, right?… for example, I really didn’t want to give up my favorite desserts!

The problem is that most people and “weight loss experts” say that to lose weight you must do it…

But tell me your honest opinion, do you think that we really have to stop eating the meals and desserts that we love in order to lose weight?

Probably you think:

“If I want to lose weight it is MANDATORY that I no longer eat yummy desserts.”

But, don’t you think there should be another way?

Well, I have good news for you, actually, there is something you can do to lose weight and keep eating amazingly yummy desserts at the same time.

For me it was much easier to lose weight consistently after discovering what I’m going to talk you about today, because when I had given up desserts, I was upset about it, I wanted to lose weight, but I really didn’t want to give up desserts.

What is the “SECRET” to lose weight consistently and eat your favorite desserts at the same time?

The solution to this problem is simple, but I must say that I never thought it before…

The big problem about eating desserts while trying to lose weight is NOT the fact of eating desserts, actually, you can eat a lot of desserts without affecting your weight loss results.

The big question then is… HOW?

And as I told you, the answer is simple… you just have to focuse on the real problem, think for a moment, what’s inside most desserts? I mean, what ingredients do they have?

Surely they have a lot of sugar and other ingredients that will make you fat, right?

So, the truth is that if you keep eating the exact same desserts, in the same way, with the same ingredients, you won’t lose weight anyway.

But here is the real secret, there are actually alternative versions of many ingredients…

What would happen if you replace the “bad” ingredients for their healthy versions?… well, this is what will happen: you’ll enjoy a lot of yummy desserts BUT they will not make you fat, instead, they will HELP YOU to lose weight!

That’s how I did it, and it’s what I recommend to all people who want to lose weight and not give up all the amazing desserts…

Making desserts that taste amazing but don’t affect my health is one of the best skills I’ve learned.

Not only benefit me, but also my family, since I could continue baking the same desserts they loved and improve their health at the same time, they are happy and healthier and I am so happy for that!
