But enough talk, let me show you and explain how my success formula works.

Clear Goal

During your weight loss training we talk about how important it is to establish a clear goal, that is, describe exactly what you want to achieve, and at the same time establish one or several powerful reasons why you want to achieve that goal.

This step is very important because it establishes the destination you want to reach, and also makes you easily see why you want to get there.

This is the initial push you need to put into operation the whole process of transformation, a goal and a reason make you stronger, capable of achieving whatever it is, capable of reaching the end, and that’s why it is part of my formula.

High Motivation

Absolutely key, I know yu are clear about this, no one can achieve any goal without knowing how to maintain high motivation throughout the process.

And I really mean the whole process, because it is very easy to start excited and motivated the first few days we started doing something, the difficult thing is to maintain that same spirit throughout the journey, to overcome any obstacle.

Almost all the women I train tell me that they have suffered this at least once in their lives, they start a new diet with great expectation and enthusiasm, but as the days go by, the enthusiasm decreases and it is impossible for them to overcome the obstacles and evade temptations.

In the end they give up the diet, but something curious happens, after a while, they start a new diet, and repeat the same process over and over again.

So that this does not happen to you, you must learn to maintain that same push of energy and motivation of the beginning, and extend it until you reach your goal.

A little habit that helped me during my “transformation time” was to look for a picture of one of my idols, she had an amazing body, fit and healthy, just the body that I wanted to achieve (it also works great if you choose one of the photos that we share in our Instagram profile) Then I did the following procedure twice a day, once in the morning after getting up, and once in the evening, before going to sleep.

I read the goal that I established, along with the reasons why I wanted to achieve it (I had written all this on a sheet of paper) and to finish, I saw for a few seconds the picture I had chosen, just by doing this my motivation was going up.

Of course, there are many other ways to raise your motivation, and what works for one person may not work for another, so I encourage you to find the way that works best for you. and begin to keep your motivation high every day.

Unbreakable Commitment

One of the biggest mistakes that human beings make is to never really commit to finishing things, and it’s something that happened to me a lot too.

I started a new diet or program just to “see what happened” and since my commitment was practically non-existent, after a few weeks I was leaving it aside, to try again with something else in the future.

After I realized this mistake I was making, the first thing I did when I started my next diet and exercise routine was to commit myself to follow it until I got the results I wanted, not for two weeks or a month, no, I would follow it until the end no matter how difficult it was.

To make my commitment even stronger, I told some good friends and family members about this commitment I had made, so they will help me keep it.

Of course, this time the results were totally different and I was able to achieve the results I wanted, all thanks to my unbreakable commitment.

Small Rewards

This is something that has worked great for me since I implemented it in my life. Many times we just think about how much we have to work to get what we want, everything is work, stress, and fatigue, and as a result of this, we stop enjoying our life.

In my opinion, we should always leave time to enjoy, not everything in life is work, so from time to time, if you are doing things right, I recommend that you give a small gift as a reward for your effort.

For example, if you are already losing some weight thanks to your effort, then rewarding doing something you like, go out with your family or your friends, buy yourself some new clothes, eat a healthy dessert that you love, whatever it is that you like.

There is nothing wrong with rewarding you from time to time for all the effort you make every day. Enjoy your life and be happy, it is important to change and improve things that you don’t like in your life, but you must also learn to enjoy the process , and this is a good way to do it, through small rewards.

Just make sure that these rewards are not so frequent or affect other areas of your life, like your pocket.
